Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update (Build 15063.251) is reportedly popping up on the Alcatel Idol 4s Windows smartphone. If you are on the Anniversary update, and own an IDOL 4S device, you should be able to see the update by going to Settings >> Update & security >> Phone update, and check for updates.
However, if that is not the case, be patient because as always updates arrive in waves and the company recently made a big push achieve the same.
Alcatel IDOL 4S retained its spot among the eligible number of devices (for the official Creators Update and beyond), after Microsoft cut down a number of Windows Phone devices like Lumia 1520, Lumia 930 etc. from the list just before the roll out begun. This move was certainly a unwelcomed change after a testing of over 5 months or so and fired up a fair amount of criticism and vexation from the die-hard Windows Phone fans.
