Microsoft today pushed Windows 10 PC Build 16299.697 (10.0.16299.697) as the cumulative update KB4457136 to those on Fall Creators update aka Windows 10 Version 1709. This update includes quality improvements. No new operating system features are being introduced in this update.

This update includes quality improvements. No new operating system features are being introduced in this update. Key changes include:
- Addresses an issue with the file previewer for .html, .mht, and email (MIME) attachments in Microsoft Outlook.
- Addresses an issue that causes Internet Explorer security and certificate dialogs to display prompts in the background instead of the foreground in certain circumstances.
