Microsoft has not only started rolling out Windows 10 Creators Update worldwide via Windows Update but has also released a new cumulative update for Creators Update. The CU KB4015583 brings Windows 10 Creators Update Build 15063.138 to non-insiders.
While the new cumulative update doesn’t bring any new feature, it packs couple of fixes that will help in getting better experience with Creators Update. It fixes issues with time-zone information. It also brings security updates for many components.
