Microsoft and the ID@Xbox developer community (from 50 countries around the world) are rejoicing the publishing of more than 500 game titles through the ID@Xbox program. The ID@Xbox independent developer program, enables qualified game developers of all sizes to self-publish their creations (digital games) on Xbox One and Windows 10 with Xbox Live.

According to Microsoft, millions of people played an ID@Xbox title on Xbox One or Windows 10 in 2016 – hence, spending more than a billion hours playing ID@Xbox games.

With the ID@Xbox program, there are more than 1000 games currently in development under 2000 studios with dev kits, and it is very likely Microsoft will be showcasing some of the great new titles like Capybara’s Below, AURORA44’s Ashen, and Fullbright’s Tacoma running on Project Scorpio, which is to be unveiled in June at Xbox E3.
