Microsoft has rolled out a fresh new update for users in the Fast Ring of Insider Program of Outlook for Mac. The latest build version is 16.8 (171111).

- Inbox Zero banners: reach zero items in a folder to view a friendly, inspirational message
Fixes:
- Inbox and other folders now sync properly (fixing known issue from last update)
- When searching in calendar, list view now properly updates with results
- Message preview is no longer clipped in mail list
- When creating a new event in calendar view, the newly-created event is now selected in the grid after saving/sending
