Microsoft claimed that the latest Windows 10 Version 1903 update KB4515384 brought fixes for the high CPU usage issue from SearchUI.exe. While the high CPU issue seems fixed users are claiming that this update has totally killed search functionality. Attempting to search results in a blank window.
Other users took to Reddit and official Microsoft forum to report many new issues after installing the update. Some are reporting a critical error message while trying to access the Start Meu. On uninstalling this update Start Menu works again.
Some reported that Action Center doesn’t open after installing this update. Again uninstalling the update fixes the issue.
For some users, the USB HID devices stopped working because the update seems to break the USB HID device recognition.
