Lumia 638, Lumia 635′s China Mobile variant revealed to have 1 GB RAM

This comes as bit of a surprise as it has never been mentioned or revealed before. But, if the listing at China Mobile’s Shanxi online shop has to be taken into account, the China Mobile TD-LTE variant of Lumia 635, the Lumia 638 will land with 1 GB RAM in tow.

This is surprising keeping the fact in mind that Lumia 630 for China Unicom has already gone on sale with similar to rest of the world 512 MB RAM configuration. The device is on pre-order already for a price of Yuan 1199 as compared to price of Yuan 999 for Lumia 630.
