Microsoft has now silently pushed a new build of the Microsoft Edge browser for Windows platform. The latest update to Microsoft Edge comes in the Development channel, not the final version.
The latest update to Microsoft Edge comes with app version 78.0.276.2 for the Insiders in Development channel. It comes with some new features and improvements onboard. The development team is expecting it to be the final version of 78 so it comes with a long list of changes inside it.

Removed features:
