Microsoft Edge has added a brand new sharing menu in the Canary channel. The new sharing menu also brings a new option of adding email addresses. The new feature is part of Canary Build 93.0.931.0 and is being rolled-out in a controlled manner, so won’t be available for everyone in Canary channel.
New Sharing menu:
The new sharing menu is a flyout menu but can’t be pinned. The sharing menu has “copy link”, social media sharing options, windows share options, default mail app and “add email address” options. Clicking on the icons always opens the website in a new tab.
Add email addresses:
You can now add email addresses to Microsoft Edge using the option provided in sharing menu. Once added the option starts appearing in the sharing menu.
