Surface Pro 2017

Microsoft has quietly released a new firmware update for its latest Surface Pro 2017 (2-in-1) Windows 10 device. These updates are usually provided via the Windows Update service and are delivered in stages to Surface customers. So, if the update is not available on your machine now, don’t worry, it should be available in the coming days.

In case not, please manually check Windows Update later.

Microsoft is yet to update the official Surface Pro update history page but the folks over at Aggiornamenti Lumia have managed to note down updates for the Intel integrated GPU as well as the Bluetooth and Wireless radio adapters.

Windows Update should list the following if you own a Surface Pro 2017

  • Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 620
  • Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. driver update for Marvell AVASTAR Bluetooth Radio Adapter
  • Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. driver update for Marvell AVASTAR Wireless-AC Network Controller

Alternatively, you can visit the Microsoft Download Center to download the Surface Pro update (msi file) manually.
