Microsoft has pushed a new cumulative update(KB4469342) to the Insiders in the Release Preview ring for Windows 10 version 1809 a.k.a. Windows 10 October update. As the case with other cumulative updates, this also focusses on performance stability. Besides, this update takes the OS Build number to 17763.167. Please note that Microsoft usually testes these KB updates with the Insiders in the Release Preview ring before the release it to the public.

Soon after Microsoft is done testing, KB4469342 will roll out to the public for download via Windows update. For now if you are one of the Insiders in the Release Preview ring then head to over to Windows update and click on Check for updates to install the cumulative update.
