Microsoft has updated OneNote app on Windows 10. The new update that we received in Skip Ahead Insiders takes the app version to 17.8568.57531.0.
This update brings some UI changes for OneNote app. You can now notice some Fluent design elements in the OneNote app on Windows 10. Though not all fluent Design elements are still there.

This fluent design is noticeable at the top of the screen. Microsoft has also improved the drawing mode. This update is only available for Windows Insiders who have subscribed to Skip Ahead.
