If your PC is still on the Windows 10 version 20H2 update, you won’t receive monthly security and quality updates going forward. The update to be released today (May 10) will be the last security update for Windows 10 version 20H2 as it has reached end of support on May 10.

Microsoft has clarified about the status of Windows 10 version 20H2 on its official page. Both Home and Pro editions of version 20H2 have reached end of servicing on May 10.

After May 10, no further monthly security and quality updates will be released for Windows 10 version 20H2. So, users can check for updates and upgrade to a newer Windows 10 OS version like version 21H1 or version 21H2.

On May 10, 2022, the Home and Pro editions of Windows 10, version 20H2 will reach end of servicing. The May 2022 security update, released on May 10, is the last update available for these versions. After that date, devices running these editions will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates containing protections from the latest security threats. Education, Enterprise, and IoT Enterprise editions of Windows 10, version 20H2 will reach end of servicing May 9, 2023.
