We reported about Cellular settings CSP coming to Windows 10 with Creators update aka Versions 1703. One more interesting new tidbit about upcoming Windows 10 major update, the Creators update.

It seems Windows 10 users would be able to stop sending traffic to Microsoft from Browser and Home Pages, if they don’t want to do so. Perhaps Microsoft will enable a value that Windows 10 owners can use to stop sending traffic to Microsoft.

Starting in Windows 10, version 1703, in Browser/HomePages you can use the “<about:blank>” value if you don’t want to send traffic to Microsoft.

This should appease those who wanted more privacy in Windows. You can read the major features and changes that Windows 10 Creators update bring with itself by clicking here.
