Windows 10 Tech Preview’s latest Build brings Notification center from From Windows Phone 8.1 to Windows. It is an unified place to access all your notifications.
In case you want to access the notifications settings and manage which apps show their notification, you can go to zPC Settings—–>System——-> Notifications and control it app by app. You can also set quiet hours, when you don’t want receive any notifications at all for some period.
