Microsoft Whiteboard app gets updated with many new features


Microsoft Whiteboard for Windows 10 gets a new update. Taking the app to version 19.10715.3948.0., the new update brings plenty of new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements. You can see the official changelog below.

  • Toolbar position – You can change the position of the toolbar by moving it to the left, right or down through the settings menu.
    Tool tips – Place the mouse pointer or hold down the buttons in the toolbar or shortcut menus to view a description of its features.
    Accessibility verification – Accessibility verification has been completely updated to simplify the understanding of the contents for all users.
  • Installation completion – The animations that are reproduced when the app is installed have been updated to reflect the growth achieved by Whiteboard over the last year.
  • EDU , Read only mode – Check the class with the new feature that lets you turn off the audio of specific users from the Select People menu, reducing distractions without embarrassing students or interrupting a lesson.
