Microsoft recently announced its “Windows event” on June 24 and in the process also revealed a new logo for the upcoming new Windows. Now, many sources are claiming that Microsoft is going to unveil Windows 11 as the successor to Windows 10 on June 24.
Windows 11, however will mean Microsoft departing from its earlier strategy of using Windows 10 as the final Windows version. So, change in the strategy means we may see Windows 12 and further Windows versions in future.
Also, Windows 11 is the rechristened Windows 10 Sun Valley update that was supposed to come as Windows 10 version 21H2. Windows 10 version 21H2 aka Sun Valley update was expected to be the one to bring major changes and improvements to Windows 10.
The Windows 11 name confirmation also came from well-known leakster Evan Blass on Twitter.
