Microsoft has officially acknowledged reports about the Windows 10 update KB4549951 issues faced by many users. We have posted two reports about many serious KB4549951 bugs which are giving tough time to those who want to install it or have succeeded in installing them.

Microsoft, however, claims that they were not able to replicate these issues at their end. They have requested users to provide feedback in case they are facing issues so that Microsoft can investigate.

Social media reports related to issues with KB4549951

We have seen social media reports related to KB4549951 that mention Bluetooth, stop error with blue screen and other related issues.

  • Client: Windows 10, version 1909; Windows 10, version 1903
  • Server: None
Next steps: To date, we have not seen these issues reflected in telemetry, support data or customer feedback channels. We continuously investigate all customer feedback and are closely monitoring this situation.
