After pushing a new cumulative update Build 15063.332 to non-insiders running Creators update, Microsoft has pushed CU KB4023680 that brings Windows 10 Build 14393.1230 to non-insiders running Anniversary update.
This update is currently available to only PCs running Anniversary update and brings only fixes or rather a single fix.
