Send to OneNote in Microsoft Edge

With the latest build of Microsoft Edge (Dev and Canary), users on Windows 10 can now send the collections to OneNote, together with the already in place sharing with Excel, Word and Pinterest. (Via @WinObs)

In order to use the functionality today, you should be an Insider running either the Dev or Canary build of Microsoft Edge. But, over the coming weeks and days ahead, this feature will be made available to general public, hopefully.

Collections helps you organize, save, and share your online life by allowing you to create groups of content from around the web. Links, images, text, and notes can be saved together across multiple sites, pages, and browser sessions to help you stay organized and inspired.

If you want to try out the feature now, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser, and click on the Collections button.
  2. Choose your collection to share and click on the (three-dots) menu.
  3. Click on ‘Send to OneNote’ option.
  4. Next, select the OneNote notebook where you want to export the list.
