Microsoft expands Windows 11 version 22H2 availability to all eligible PCs

Windows 11 version 22H2, the annual Windows 11 update for 2022 was made public by Microsoft recently. This major update brings many desired changes and new features along with itself. But the roll-out being phased it was not available for many Windows 11 users worldwide. Microsoft has now expanded the Windows 11 version 22H2 availability.

In this hands-on article we have covered the top features and changes brought by the Windows 11 version 22H2. As per the latest information provided by Microsoft 22H2 update is now available for all who check for updates on eligible Windows devices.

Though the update may still not be available in case of a “safeguard hold” put by Microsoft. For such Windows 11 PCs, the update 22H2 won’t be offered until the issue is resolved.

We are entering a new phase of the rollout for Windows 11, version 22H2 and we are increasing its availability to all who check for updates on eligible Windows devices. Note that, if we detect that your device might have an issue, such as an application incompatibility, we might put a safeguard hold in place and not offer the update until that issue is resolved.
