Microsoft is now rolling out a new build to the Microsoft office Insiders Preview build. The latest build is being seeded to Official Insiders in Beta Channel.

Speaking of the build details, the new build of Microsoft office Insiders Preview program comes with build version 13219.20004 and the build number 2009. The new build is rolling out to those in the Beta channel of Microsoft office Insider Preview Program.

Speaking of the changes and features coming with this build, the update focusses mainly on hug fixing, rather than new features added. It brings notable fixes to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other miscellaneous Office fixes.



Notable fixes

  • We fixed an issue that caused users to be able to send email content that had a “Do Not Forward” policy applied to OneNote when selecting more than one message.

  • We fixed an issue where the user could not exit the Header/Footer when selecting a comment.
  • We fixed an issue that prevented users from seeing comment threads that exceeded the sidetrack boundary because scrolling through the sidetrack was not working.
  • We fixed an issue where searching for resolved comments in the sidetrack pane was not working.

  • We fixed an issue where the functionality to insert a video was disabled.
