A new update rolls out for the Microsoft Copilot app on Windows via the Microsoft Store which introduces the following changes and improvements to Copilot Vision on Windows where you can choose to share your whole desktop with Copilot. When you share your desktop, Copilot can see what you see and talk to you about it in real time.

If the Copilot app is not already on your Windows PC, go to how to install Copilot on Windows. On new Windows 11 PCs, the Copilot app should already be installed by default. You can find the Copilot app pinned to the taskbar or on the Start menu.

Once installed, open the Copilot app and sign in using your personal Microsoft Account. Signing into Copilot gives you access to your chat history, image creation, longer conversations, voice interactions, and other Copilot features.

Check out all the details below:

These updates will first roll out to Insiders in markets where Windows Vision is enabled. The above-mentioned features are gradually rolling out so not all Insiders will get the update right away.
