Microsoft is working on several project like Windows and Xbox. Now, it seems Microsoft launches their own SIM card and a cellular data app for Windows 10 users.
according to Microsoft, the Cellular data app allows you to connect to a trusted nationwide mobile data network using only your Microsoft account. Microsoft also provided some easy steps to purchase a data plan:
- Click the WiFi icon at the far right of the taskbar
- In the list of networks, look for one called Cellular data, then select it
- In Mobile settings, select ‘View plans’, then follow the steps to buy mobile data and get online
To use the app you must need a Microsoft SIM card, and then the app can get you connected at any time with a secure, high-speed mobile connection. It is worth to note the app is currently not available for Windows 10 Mobile devices, but we expect it to arrive very soon.
