Paint 3D app is now available to download and install from Store. You need to be running Windows 10 Creators update aka Redstone 2 Build for installing it on your PC.

Paint 3D app has been sighted in the Windows 10 Store, but you can’t install it yet. It may be available shortly for Insiders in Fast ring.
