While Microsoft launched Surface Pro 7 and Surface Laptop 3 at the last Surface event it didn’t make any announcement about Surface Book 3. It seems that Surface Book 3 may be launched with the most recent generation of Intel processors “Tiger Lake”.
Twitter user _rogame has posted screenshot from 3DMark benchmark along with links from Geekbench browser to drive home the point that Microsoft may be testing Surface Book 3 variant with Tiger Lake processor.
Don't rule out TigerLake for Surfacebook 3 just yet

As one can notice Microsoft is already testing Tiger Lake processor as caught in this Geekbench entry.
The Suface Book 3 variant shown in this Geekbench entry has 16GB RAM and Quad-core processor clocked at 2.3 GHz.
The device caught in the above screenshot is same as the one that has also appearred on 3DMark with 16GB RAM. One can notice the motherboard as OEM_OEM_Product, a naming convention Microsoft uses a lot for its Surface products under testing.
So, it is quite interesting to notice that Microsoft may be again placing Surface Book 3 at the topmost in its hierarchy of Surface products and will market them as performance monsters.
