Microsoft has updated its PC health check app to explain why many Windows 10 PCs are not upgradable to Windows 11. It has also updated Windows 11 minimum requirements to reflect TPM2 requirement.

Microsoft has also update the minimum Windows 11 system requirements. The only change is confirmation of TPM version 2.0 as one of the “minimum requirements”. Many PCs that may meet other requirements may not get the update because of TPM 2.0 version unavailability.
