Microsoft has updated its PC health check app to explain why many Windows 10 PCs are not upgradable to Windows 11. It has also updated Windows 11 minimum requirements to reflect TPM2 requirement.

You can read all the details about what Windows 11 brings over Windows 10 in terms of changes and new features in our massive collated changelog.

The updated health check app now explains the reason behind the Windows 10 PC not being eligible to get the free Windows 11 update. You can install the app by clicking here. You can also learn how to check the Windows 11 eligibility for your Windows 10 PC by clicking here.

Microsoft has also update the minimum Windows 11 system requirements. The only change is confirmation of TPM version 2.0 as one of the “minimum requirements”. Many PCs that may meet other requirements may not get the update because of TPM 2.0 version unavailability.
