A number of users are reporting that update KB4565503 is causing Outlook start issues.
After installing KB4565503, Outlook won’t start
I just installed the July 2020 update to Windows 10, now Outlook won’t start – it gets through launch to the normal ‘home’ screen where I can see my inboxes, then crashes and says it can’t open the .ost files. Starting in safe mode has no impact. Anyone else see this problem? I don’t see it listed as a known issue on the description for the update (looking here). Any hints?
One user has also reported about Taskbar search icon and start menu keyboard input issues after installing this update.
Windows 10 2004: Taskbar search icon and start menu keyboard input not working
After installing Windows Update KB4565503, the search icon in taskbar does not respond (clicking on it does nothing) and most importantly the keyboard is not working after clicking on start (to search for apps e.g.), no input is recognized.

One user reported about the Black screen issue after installation of the update.
KB4565503 Causing black screen “Generic Non-PnP Monitor was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match”
Just updated to KB4565503 and whatever other update was available earlier today and now the monitor won’t show Windows (just a black screen) outside of Safe Mode. I should have known better after last month when a KB disabled access to my older multi-function printer.

Outlook not working after recent Microsoft update
Had two automatic updates by Microsoft this morning (KB4565633 & KB4565483). After restarting the computer, Outlook will open only in safe mode. The error message I get is “Outlook couldn’t start last time. Safe mode could help you troubleshoot the problem, but some features might not be available in this mode. Do you want to start in safe mode?”
