We earlier reported that Windows 10 Creators Update (Redstone 2) may be finally known as Version 1703. It hints a March release timeline for Creators update for all PCs running the Windows 10 Anniversary update (Version 1607). We later heard about some claims of this update rescheduled to April 2017 and coming as 1704.
But the very recently updated MSDN documentation confirms that the Windows 10 Creators update will come as Version 1703. The name reference can be found in many places in the MSDN documentation that has been updated just days ago.
Hence the Windows 10 Creators update is still planned for a March 2017 release. Keep in mind that this holds true for the desktop version of Windows 10 and may be delayed by a month or two for Mobile.
