Microsoft may soon be introducing a new Windows 10 boot or re-install from the cloud option that has been spotted in the Windows 10 Build 18950. Microsoft enthusiast Walking Cat has posted a tweet that mentions two new Windows boot options.

So, basically, there will be two re-install options for Windows: Cloud download and  Reset locally. Cloud download will most probably grab the most essential files and drivers from Microsoft servers for re-installing windows.

The reset locally may be the representative of traditional reset options currently seen on Windows. It is not clear when and how Microsoft will introduce these options but if these are present in Build 18950, insiders will be soon able to play with these.
