Microsoft today pushed Windows 10 PC Build 16299.936 (10.0.16299.936) as the cumulative update KB4480967 to those on Fall Creators update aka Windows 10 Version 1709.

This update addresses an issue in Microsoft Edge that fails to trigger the focusin event if the focus event listener of an element shifts focus to another element.
