Microsoft today pushed cumulative updates KB4073291 (Build 16299.201), KB4075200 (Build 10586.1358) & KB4075199 (Build 10240.17741) to Windows 10 versions 1709, 1511, and 1507. All these security updates fix the Unbootable state for AMD devices in Windows 10. There are more fixes in the updates KB4075200 and KB4073291. You can read more about these updates here.
