We recently reported about an enthusiast using Lumia 640 XL to install and run Windows RT 8.1 smoothly. Now, some of the enthusiasts are trying to run the Windows 10 ARM on Lumia devices.
But this one is a bit different as @WebberGuo has succeeded in running Windows 10 ARM64 on the RX-130 prototype.
As you can imagine, RX-130 aka Hapanero is one of the old Lumia 950 XL prototypes with Surface Pen support. Now as the images show Windows 10 ARM64 is already running on it.

As you know all these experiments are attempts to pre-create the mythical Surface Phone that is supposed to run full Windows 10 with the Andromeda composable shell. Andromeda is the upcoming mobile composable shell for the modular Windows that will power foldable dual-screen Surface Phone/Microsoft Andromeda device.
Some recent developments like the appearance of the Apps Hub for the Andromeda device with Windows 8828080 which is, in fact, the Windows 10 with Andromeda composable shell also hint that Microsoft is preparing the eco-system to support it.
