As the India vs Australia test series is over with India clinching an easy win, cricket fans must have set their eyes on the Indian Premier League 2017 starting early next month in April. This season, also known as IPL 10, will be the tenth season of the IPL where eight different teams will battle each other and is always an entertaining and thrilling experience for the viewers both in and out of the ground.
Matches will be held starting 5 April 2017 and finish on 21 May 2017, with Hyderabad hosting the opening match and the final.
For fans who own a Windows Phone device, you also may be looking for an alternative to track all the IPL 2017 matches or follow your favourite IPL team as the season goes on. That is why, in the following steps I will tell you how easy it is to follow the whole IPL schedule and get timely reminders before each match.
How to add IPL 2017 Schedule or Fixture to your Windows Phone
Browse to http://calendar.live.com and Sign in with your Microsoft Account (same as on phone)
Click on Interesting Calendars at the top of the Window.
Click on Sports from the menu that pops out from the right
Click on Cricket
Click on IPL
Click on All IPL Matches OR select your Favourite Team.
A separate entry will be created under Calendars as All IPL Matches
Set date as 5 April, 2017 to verify the schedule.
To rename the IPL calendar, right click the entry from the list and select rename. Once done, hit Enter key on the keyboard.
