For those on the Slow ring of the Office Insider Program for Office for Mac, Microsoft has released a slow ring build and is now available for download on your Mac.
Office Insider builds for are updated on a regular basis to provide new or improved features, security updates and bug fixes.
The newly released version is 16.12 which brings visual impact and Better sharing & collaboration. Check out the full changelog below.

Better sharing and collaboration
Your locally synced OneDrive documents, workbooks, and presentations open directly from the cloud, allowing you to AutoSave, share, and collaborate easily. This feature is new in Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
Add visual impact
Insert and edit Scalable Vector Graphics (SVGs) in your documents, workbooks, presentations, and emails to add visual interest and retain a high image quality. This feature is new in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and outlook.
A more actionable calendar
Click any meeting or event in your calendar to see all of the associated details. Check out who is invited, edit your response, or join the meeting, all in one place. This feature is new in Outlook.
Easier scanning of search results
Ever tried searching for a word or name, and wished Outlook would highlight your search term in the item list or Preview pane? Well, wonder no more. This feature is new in Outlook.
