Intermittent loss of Wi-Fi connectivity:
Some older devices may experience loss of Wi-Fi connectivity due to an outdated Qualcomm driver. An updated Wi-Fi driver should be available from your device manufacturer (OEM).To safeguard your upgrade experience, we have applied a hold on devices with affected Qualcomm driver from being offered Windows 10, version 1903 or Windows 10, version 1909, until the updated driver is installed.Workaround: Before updating to Windows 10, version 1903 or Windows 10, version 1909, you will need to download and install an updated Wi-Fi driver from your device manufacturer (OEM).
Unable to discover or connect to Bluetooth devices using some Realtek adapters:
Microsoft has identified compatibility issues with some driver versions for Bluetooth radios made by Realtek. To safeguard your update experience, we have applied a compatibility hold on devices with affected driver versions for Realtek Bluetooth radios from being offered Windows 10, version 1903 or Windows Server, version 1903 until the driver has been updated.Workaround: Check with your device manufacturer (OEM) to see if an updated driver is available and install it. You will need to install a Realtek driver version greater than 1.5.1011.0.
