Microsoft today at the Surface event launched Surface Laptop 2. While not much has changed in terms of look and feel, there are certainly some interesting things to talk about the device besides the specifications. Talking about interesting things, we finally have a black color Surface Laptop 2 as we have earlier reported about the same.
Much like the Surface Pro 6, inside the Surface Laptop, we now have the latest 8th Gen Quad-Core Intel processor, meaning a faster device, more than 85 faster than the previous one according to Microsoft. Besides, you get a PixelSense touch display much like other Surface devices. Otherwise, Microsoft is claiming 14.5 hours of battery life which sounds fantastic but on what context the claim has been made is not clear. Nevertheless, we expect at least eight to ten hours of battery life.
The all-new Surface Laptop is starting at $999.00 and will be ready for shipping on 10th of October this. The Surface Laptop 2 is available in Black, Platinum, Burgundy, Cobalt Blue.
