Microsoft recently released the Patch Tuesday update KB5000802 for Windows 10 Version 20H2 and version 2004 aka May 2020 update. Now many users who installed KB5000802 are reporting about PCs facing BSOD issue.

Enterprise system admins are reporting the BSOD issue faced by many desktops after installing the new update. Such reports appeared on both Reddit and Microsoft answer community. Uninstalling the update fixes the issue.

Update:

Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and is investigating. But so far only workaround seems to be uninstalling the update.

After installing this update, you might receive an APC_INDEX_MISMATCH error with a blue screen when attempting to print to certain printers in some apps.

We are presently investigating and will provide an update when more information is available.
