We are just a few days away from Microsoft’s Surface event which is all set to take place on 2nd October. Now there is an interesting leak ahead of the event. What we have this time is certainly isn’t just a leak. It is more than that. There is a complete hands on video of the unreleased Surface Pro 6 which is a highly unlikely scenario.
Though the information is minimal at this moment but then there should not be any high expectations from leaks. If we talk specs, the leak suggest a 12.3-inch 2736 x 1824, Intel Core i5-8250U, 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and that’s it! The leak also did not clear the air regarding Microsoft’s selection of port; No information on whether Microsoft would finally adopt USB-C in the Surface Pro 6.
If this leak proves to be true, then there is an interesting case study of Microsoft’s naming convention. The last Surface Pro device was named just Surface Pro though in theory it was a Surface Pro 5. Now if Microsoft call this device a Surface Pro 6 that would be an interesting thing to watch.
