Now Digitimes also seems to confirm the name and size of this upcoming Nokia Tablet in its article,
After releasing its 10.1-inch Lumia 2520 tablet, Nokia plans to expand its tablet portfolio by releasing an 8-inch model, the Lumia 2020, in the first quarter of 2014. The Lumia 2520 and Lumia 2020 both target the mid-range to high-end segment, noted the sources.

This Tablet will run on Snapdragon 800 and will have a 1080p resolution display. It will be faster and have higher PPI display than Lumia 2520 and will come with stylus support.
