Update: Windows Store is now up and accessible on both PC and Mobile devices.
Windows Store may be down temporarily and on checking now doesn’t open on both Mobile and PC devices. As one can see in the above screenshot, it results in failure on trying to launch.
It keeps failing even after tapping on “Refresh the page” on the failure page. As indicated by our readers this issue seems persisting for some time already. There are many error codes that one can see on the failure page varying from 0x8000FFFF to others.
It may be a temporary background or server side issue and we will update you once Microsoft sorts this out. Some users have however reported facing this issue after a Store update. Though on our Mobile, we didn’t see any store update today and it is failing to launch.
