Microsoft may be planning to launch Surface Laptop 4 soon. A rumor claims that pre-orders for Surface Laptop 4 may start in April 2021.
The rumor was posted by a Twitter account that earlier leaked images of Surface Laptop 4. The account claims in a tweet that Surface Laptop 4 pre-order in Korea begins in late April. The pre-order start will happen at an early date in the US, claims the source.
So, perhaps we can expect Surface Laptop to go on pre-order in the US in late March to early April. Or, perhaps Microsoft will launch it in March for a release in April.
Surface Laptop 4 variant powered by 11th gen Intel i5-1135G7 processor recently appeared on Geekbench. Another Surface Laptop 4 variant with custom AMD Ryzen 5 3580U processor had appeared days before this on Geekbench.
We last reported about what may be Surface Laptop 4 variants 1952, 1953, 1958 and 1959 appearing in the Bluetooth certification. The certification listed them as Surface Laptop 3 variants along with Surface Pro 7 Plus variants 1960, 1961.
Surface Laptop 3 Plus/4 may come with design similar to Surface Laptop 3. It will be powered by 11th gen Intel Tiger Lake processors and AMD Ryzen 5 custom processors depending upon the variant. An earlier leak has also revealed the design of Surface Laptop 4.
