Facebook is introducing yet another nice feature for its Instagram app and this time around it is centered around the Instagram Live you all are familiar with, though for some Windows 10 Mobile users, it has not popped up which is quite weird, frankly.
New! Now you can save your live video to your phone before it disappears from the app ???????? https://t.co/tu5FgdP4Fh pic.twitter.com/4iq9g98phb

However, if you are lucky (like me) and has access to Live streaming, this newly launched feature will let you save your live video to your phone at the end of a broadcast. As always, live videos will disappear right after you end it but this will give you the freedom to re-watch it later, especially if something exciting happens during your broadcast that you want to remember or share with your friends.
Here is how to save Instagram live videos:
After your live broadcast ends, tap Save in the upper right corner. After saving, tap Done and your live video will be saved to your camera roll but will no longer be available in the app.
Please note, you’ll only be able to save your video — not the comments, likes, number of viewers or any live interactions.
The new feature is available as part of Instagram version 10.13 available for iOS in the Apple App Store and for Android in Google Play, for the moment. But, there is nothing to worry about, since the past track record with Instagram app for Windows 10 Mobile has been promising and the platform has received several updates lighting up new experiences which have certainly improved the engagement unlike Messenger or Facebook app for Windows 10.
