Yesterday Microsoft released Windows 10 Build 10565 to Windows Insiders in fast ring. Latest build brings many new features and improvements, As expected Windows 10 build 10565 also have some known issue.

Windows 10 Build 10565 also includes some new features and known issues in Microsoft Edge Browser.

Microsoft Edge Changelog in Windows 10 Build 10565:

New EdgeHTML features:

  • CSS initial and unset values
  • Initial support for docked F12 Developer Tools

New Microsoft Edge features:

  • Tab Preview (preview contents of a tab on hover)
  • Syncing Favorites and Reading list items
  • Drag and drop for file upload is now supported
  • “Save target as” is now supported from the right-click context menu

Known issues in Windows Insider Preview Build 10565

The “Enable experimental JavaScript features” flag under about:flags doesn’t enable experimental JavaScript features. As a result, the following experimental features are not working in this build:

  • Async\await
  • Destructuring
  • Default
  • Exponentiation operator
  • SIMD

Microsoft is improving its new browser by adding new features and improvements, We expect to see more updates to edge browser in future builds.
