If we go by the rumors, It was speculated that Microsoft could come up with the RTM build either in 21st or 22nd of September. Now, the below screenshot (Via) captured from the official ESD products.xml file also reveals the probable RTM date of October 2.
Assuming the documents to be authentic, there will be only cumulative builds in the Insider Fast or Slow ring and we will only see just a few bug fixing. As we are yet to hear from Microsoft, we shall see if there is a major announcement regarding the arrival of any new feature or UI change. The scenario is highly unlikely but yes it can happen. Windows 10 October 2018 update is all set to arrive in the next month.
