Microsoft recently released yet another optional update KB5000842 for Windows 10 version 2004 and 20H2. The update brings few new features and several improvements. 

Now the update KB5000842 is failing to install for many users. The issue is widespread as is clear from many threads created in official Microsoft forum by users.
