Microsoft recently concluded its February 2017 Windows 10 Creators Update Bug Bash program, which gives insiders an opportunity to submit valuable feedback and help shape the Windows 10.
#WindowsInsiders: We won’t be releasing a build on 2/20 PST. We will be looking at the SH data from bug bash bug fixes & choosing a build.

As you go entering the feedback, the engineers/developers at Microsoft get busy working on fixing many of these issues over the next several weeks.
And this is why this week’s Build has been postponed or is not ready to be released to the insiders, yet.
In case you do not know, Windows 10 Creators Update is feature complete, so don’t expect Microsoft to release any new feature with upcoming build, rather than it would be just bug fixes and performance improvements.
