Ever since Microsoft has made Windows Phone OS free of any licensing fee, many new OEMs have joined the Windows Phone platform bandwagon. One more name add itself to the list of Windows Phone OEMs. Based in Miami, FL, Blu Products has teased a first-ever Windows Phone device on its Facebook page.
