Windows Phone registers strong growth on South African network Vodacom

Mobile-device-warWindows Phone has been one of the operating systems registering strong growth on South African network Vodacom. While it still has only 6% of installed user base the growth seen in last 6 months is certainly impressive. It grew from 270,000 to 377,000 in six months. The following chart shows the growth in terms of user numbers.

While Android is still the leading OS in terms of gaining new users, Windows Phone is certainly one of the gainers. Blackberry is losing the users share in spite of being the OS with maximum no. of users on Vodacom.
